Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3 business days
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Belgian holidays
- Orders placed after 2 PM CET will be processed the next business day

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Belgium:
- Standard Shipping (1-2 business days)
- Express Shipping (next business day) for orders placed before 2 PM CET

European Union:
- Standard Shipping (2-5 business days)
- Delivery times may vary by destination country

Shipping Costs

Belgium:
- Free standard shipping

European Union:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
  - Package weight
  - Destination country
  - Selected shipping method
- All prices include VAT

Order Tracking
- Tracking number provided via email once your order ships
- Track your order through your account or our tracking portal
- Contact us if you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days

Delivery
- Signature may be required for orders over €150
- Please inspect the package upon delivery
- We are not responsible for:
  - Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer
  - Delivery delays due to customs or carrier issues
  - Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

EU Shipping Information
- We ship to all EU countries
- All prices include applicable VAT
- No additional customs fees for EU deliveries

Missing or Damaged Packages
- Report missing packages within 7 days of expected delivery
- Document any visible package damage before opening
- Take photos of damaged items
- Contact us immediately for resolution
